It happened1 It really happened! The entire world would NEVER be the same again. Easter was Sunday, April 4, 2010. (Well, actually the event physically took place over 2000 years ago.) After a brutal death on a Roman cross, God's Son - Jesus the Christ (true God Himself) rose from the dead. He conquered sin, death, and the power of Satan. He did this all so that He might restore mankind to a right relationship with Him. That relationship woud not have any barriers in its way. This means that even NOW there’s never been a more exciting time to be a Christian. At Friendship Lutheran Church of Joy we’re thrilled to be about the business of connecting people to people and people to Christ.
